- Loss of mains water or electricity
- Flooding or burst pipes
- Raw sewerage
- Fire
- Break-in
- Total loss of heating (Autumn/Winter)
- Serious electrical fault
- Anything else with potential to endanger safety of occupants or neighbors
2Urgent: 3-5 Working Days
Urgent Repairs are those where the comfort or convenience of the tenant has been compromised as a result of the issue.
- Loss of heating
- Roof leak
- Appliance fault
- Alarm fault
- Plumbing faults
- General electrical faults
- Pest control
3Routine: 5-10 Working Days
Routine repairs are faults that do not cause any immediate danger or seriously interfere with the comfort or convenience of the tenant, such as:
- Minor joinery repairs
- Tiling
- Aids & adaptations
- Fencing, walls or gardening
- Doorbells
4Planned: 30 Working Days
Planned maintenance refers to home improvements or other necessary but non-urgent works, such as:
- Painting
- General requests
- Furniture removal
- Windows
